Join us in Vermont this fall, from Thursday, October 23 to Sunday, October 26, as we return to our roots! We are offering a 4 day, 3 night weekend retreat where we will come together to take a pause from our everyday lives. Our location sits in the quiet hills of Plymouth, close to cheese farms and beer breweries, and is only 15 minutes from Woodstock, Vermont. We will practice daily in the onsite, heated studio, with opportunities for daytime adventures like hiking, visiting local national landmarks and more! Farm to table food offerings made fresh and from scratch by our on-site private chef complete an ideal and joyous weekend! Our Space:
Good Commons retreat center is a beautifully and thoughtfully renovated 8 bedroom home that includes a large, heated yoga studio, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and other modern amenities and conveniences. This center is a popular yoga destination known for its great location, warm hosts and amazing meals!
Yoga:
The yoga studio at Good Commons is a large, welcoming, heated space and a wonderful place for our daily movement. We will practice twice a day on our full days, with a vinyasa morning practice and a yin evening practice. On days that are not full, we will have one practice. Classes will be all levels and accessible to everyone. All props are provided, just bring your mat!
Accommodations:
This retreat center offers private and shared accommodations, including a large loft area with several beds. The rooms are ample and comfy and provide a warm, homey feel. If you are sharing a room, you are welcome to share with a friend or we will room you with somebody compatible.
Meals:
The food....oh, the food! Your taste buds will thank you for choosing to come on this retreat :) The meals are delicious, memorable and all made from scratch! Your retreat cost includes three full daily meals, plus snack daily offered on our full days, and one meal + snack offered on our half days.
***Cooking Class*** - New Offering!!!
We are so excited to let you know that our friend and chef extraordinaire, Tesha Buss, will be leading us through a special cooking class experience! Class will include instruction on prepping and preparing a meal with focus on food seasoning and how to take a meal in different directions. This fun and unique offering is included in the retreat pricing!
Optional Add Ons: -- New Offering!!!
We will offer some fun add ons to your weekend experience, available at an extra cost. Choose from pottery making with wine and cheese sampling, a tour of a sugarhouse to see how maple syrup is made, enjoy spa services like facials and massages and more! Pricing:
One price covers everything; accommodations, meals, yoga, cooking class, amenities and more!
Private Room: $1500 per person (max 1 person)
Shared Room: $1000 per person (max 2 people)
Loft Room: $900 per person (max 8 people)
**Pricing available for couples who would like to share a private room, please reach out directly if interested.
Deposits and Payments:
Reserve your space with a $300 deposit, with balances due by September 15, 2025. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Payments can be sent via Venmo to Esther @elovesyoga or Tricia @Tricia-Cunniff. Please contact us directly if you prefer via cash or check.
